Southern Treats filed suit against Titan Properties seeking a declaratory judgment regarding its rights under an alleged long-term lease and injunctive relief to preserve the status quo in accordance with the terms of the lease. Titan Properties filed a reconventional demand for eviction of Southern Treats and alleged that the parties had a verbal month-to-month lease.
