The plaintiff, George W. Gager, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the defendant, Anne D. Sanger, after it granted her motion for summary judgment. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly (1) concluded that the doctrine of equitable tolling did not apply and (2) rendered summary judgment on his claims of (a) resulting and constructive trust and (b) conversion.
