Arturo Vidal, and his wife, Hoida, sued Delores Macksoud, M.D., and Delores Macksoud, M.D., P.A. (collectively "Dr. Macksoud") for medical malpractice. A jury returned a verdict in their favor for $124,800 but assessed fifty percent (50%) comparative negligence to Arturo Vidal. The trial court entered a final judgment in accordance with the jury's findings, which prompted this appeal. The Vidals solely assert that the comparative negligence cannot stand...
