ORDER

LAND, District Judge.

Presently before the Court is Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 97). For the reasons set forth below, this motion is granted. Also before the Court is Plaintiffs Motion to Set Aside Default (Doc. 123). This motion is denied as moot in light of the Court's ruling on Defendant's summary judgment motion. Finally, before the Court is Plaintiff Motion to Strike (Doc. 124). This motion is denied.
