No. 2D06-74.

945 So.2d 642 (2006)

J.H.M., Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.

December 29, 2006.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, and Julius J. Aulisio, Assistant Public Defender, Bartow, for Appellant.

Charles J. Crist, Jr., Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Deborah Fraim Hogge, Assistant Attorney General, Tampa, for Appellee.

ALTENBERND, Judge.

J.H.M. appeals an order adjudicating her delinquent for battery on a law enforcement officer in violation of section 784.07, Florida Statutes (2004). We reverse the adjudication and the resulting disposition.

Three Hillsborough County deputies were looking for an adult male suspect. The nature of this investigation is not well developed in our record. The deputies claim that they were investigating a "battery."1
