Plaintiff-Appellee/Cross-Appellant Diane C. McInnis ("McInnis") filed this employment discrimination suit against her former employer, Defendant-Appellant/Cross-Appellee Fairfield Communities, Inc., d/b/a Fairfield Resorts ("Fairfield"), claiming retaliation in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 2000e ("Title VII"). A jury found Fairfield liable and judgment was entered in her favor, awarding her $90,000 in back pay, $38,000 in compensatory damages...
