SAAD, J.

In this divorce action, defendant, Judith Lentz, contends that the trial court erred when it ruled that the separation agreement she entered into with plaintiff, Dale Lentz, is valid and enforceable. According to defendant, the trial court should have disregarded the separation agreement and awarded her alimony and a share of plaintiff's business interests because plaintiff failed to adequately disclose his business assets.
