THIS MATTER comes before the Court upon Plaintiffs Motion for Reconsideration of the Court's Memorandum Opinion and Order Granting Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Certain Claims, filed October 25, 2006 (Doc. 340). Having considered Plaintiffs arguments (Defendant have not filed a response), the Court finds these arguments to be without merit.
