This appeal arises from the conviction of Thomas Lee Humphries, Jr. ("Defendant") on two counts of aggravated rape and two counts of molestation of a juvenile involving minors, H.F. and K.H. Defendant was sentenced to life imprisonment at hard labor for each of the aggravated rape counts and to 12 years on each of the molestation of a juvenile counts.
