MONACO, J.
The petitioner, Karen Eccles, seeks certiorari review of an order disqualifying her attorney, George W. Salter, from representing her at the trial of a will contest below. Because we find no departure from the essential requirements of law in the trial court's order disqualifying Mr. Salter, we deny the petition.
