¶ 1. Jewel Bowman brought suit for injuries resulting from a collision with a train at a railroad crossing near Highway 90 in Pascagoula. A jury reached a verdict in favor of defendant CSX Transportation, Inc. The trial judge denied her claims against the City of Pascagoula.
