Stock Building Supply, Inc., a truss supplier to a residential construction project, hired C & R Concrete, a company performing other work on the project, to load a truss at the construction site onto Stock's truck. Nathan Danks, an employee of C & R Concrete, was injured while assisting in the truss removal.
