¶ 1 The issue in this matter is whether the trial court's determination, that the natural parents willfully failed to contribute to the support of their deprived child, is supported by clear and convincing evidence. This Court holds that the evidence that the natural parents' non-support was willful does not rise to the level of "clear and convincing."
