Frankford Hospital (Employer) petitions for review from an order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board), which affirmed in part and reversed in part the determination of a Worker's Compensation Judge (WCJ). Tanya Walsh (Claimant) has filed a cross-appeal. The Board's order affirmed the WCJ's determination granting Claimant's claim petition but reversed as to the award of counsel fees and the imposition of penalties. Also...
