Owen Hugh Robertson was convicted at bench trial of the crime of manslaughter. He was adjudicated as a fourth felony habitual offender and sentenced to 40 years' imprisonment at hard labor, without benefit of probation, parole1 or suspension of sentence. The defendant now appeals. We affirm.
