Lorenzo Sanchez-Juarez pled guilty to one count of illegal reentry by a deported alien after conviction of an aggravated felony, in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326(a)(1), (a)(2), and (b)(2), and one count of aggravated identity theft, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1028A. He was sentenced to 65 months' imprisonment, followed by two years of unsupervised release. He appeals his sentence, and the government challenges the appeal on jurisdictional...
