The defendant, Norberto Cales, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of robbery in the third degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-136, criminal trespass in the second degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-108 and assault in the third degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-61(a)(1).
