This case is before the Court on appeal from an April 27, 2005, sentencing Order of the Circuit Court of Cabell County.1 In that Order, the court sentenced Appellant to two concurrent terms of fifteen to twenty-five years in prison following his conviction on two counts of first degree sexual assault.
