In this workers' compensation matter, Maison Deville Care Center appeals the decision of the workers' compensation judge awarding Rose A. Rose temporary total disability benefits (TTD), supplemental earnings benefits (SEB), and penalties and attorney fees for the failure to pay indemnity benefits and for the discontinuation of medical benefits.
