B.C. (Student), by and through his parent and natural guardian, J.C., appeals from a determination of the Special Education Due Process Appeals Review Panel (Panel), which affirmed a hearing officer's award of one hour of compensatory education for every school day of the 2003-04 school year and no compensatory education for the 2002-03 or 2004-05 school years. We affirm.
