On January 6, 2006, the defendant, Ford Motor Company, filed several motions in limine seeking to exclude the testimony of expert witnesses James Grinolds, Sam Sero, and Trooper Brad Smith (Docket Nos. 74, 76, and 81). Grinolds was disclosed as an accident reconstruction expert. Sero is a "forensic engineer," and Trooper Smith is a North Dakota Highway Patrol officer...
