This case involves a dispute over 80 acres of real property in Okaloosa County. The Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund (Appellant) filed an action to quiet title and alleged claims of trespass and ejectment against Appellee, James Lee. Lee asserted his predecessors acquired title by adverse possession without color of title.
