Following a jury trial, William Joseph Headbird was convicted of one count of unlawful possession of a firearm as a previously convicted felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). Applying the Armed Career Criminal Act, 18 U.S.C. § 924(e), and considering United States Sentencing Guideline Section 4B1.4, the district court1 sentenced Headbird to 327 months' imprisonment.
