On December 14, 2005, relator, Disciplinary Counsel, filed a motion for an order to appear and show cause why respondent should not be held in contempt for failing to abide by the hearing panel's July 11, 2005, order issued by the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline in Board Case No. 04-18.
