OPINION BY KELLY, J.:

¶ 1 Appellant, Anthony Askew, appeals from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. In addressing his claims, we examine, inter alia, the interaction between Pa.R.A.P. 704, which concerns motions for extraordinary relief, and the sexually violent predator (SVP) hearing mandated by Megan's Law II.1 We affirm.
