Case Summary and Issues

Daniel Orlich ("Father") and Valerie Orlich ("Mother") were divorced in 1996. Mother was awarded custody of the parties' two children, Sarah and Austin. In 2004 and 2005, Mother filed Petitions to Modify the parties' child support obligations. Father now appeals from the trial court's order on those Petitions to Modify.
