Clifton Doc Chalker was tried by a jury and convicted of three counts of child molestation and one count each of attempted aggravated child molestation and cruelty to children for acts committed against his step-daughter, E.L. He was sentenced to serve a total of 40 years, 20 in confinement and the remainder on probation. His only claim on appeal is that the evidence was insufficient to support his convictions.
