Defendants appeal the trial court's order that granted summary disposition to plaintiff under MCR 2.116(C)(10).1 We affirm because the original owner did not retain the riparian rights to the lake, the Civic Association of Hammond Lake Estates (Civic Association) has standing to protect the valuable property rights of its members by enforcing the prohibition on the use of motorboats...
