In this workers' compensation case, Claimant filed a Petition for Benefits (PFB), seeking treatment from a specified pain management physician. The employer-carrier (E/C) timely authorized a different pain management physician and scheduled an appointment on Claimant's behalf, which Claimant refused to attend. After a hearing, the Judge of Compensation Claims (JCC) denied her PFB, finding the E/C had no duty to authorize another pain management physician...
