Douglas E. Ellis ("defendant") appeals from judgment entered after a jury returned a verdict in favor of Kevin Turner ("Turner") and Lara Turner (collectively, "plaintiffs") and from orders granting plaintiffs' motion for directed verdict on defendant's counterclaim, denying defendant's motion for directed verdict and judgment notwithstanding the verdict, and disbursing funds and setting costs.
