The plaintiff, DeSimone Electric, Inc., appeals from a Superior Court judgment denying its petition to enforce a mechanic's lien and awarding the defendants, CMG, Inc., Ashford Homes, LLC, and James Colucci, damages on their counterclaims for breach of contract and negligence.
