[¶ 1.] Steven Tinklenberg (Tinklenberg) appeals the decision of the South Dakota Division of Insurance (Division) to revoke his insurance producer's license. The circuit court affirmed the revocation making additional findings of fact and conclusions of law and rejecting Tinklenberg's claim of improper ex parte communications within the Division. Tinklenberg appeals. We affirm.
