Tajudeen Jimoh (Claimant) petitions this Court for review of an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) that disallowed partial benefits to Claimant under Section 401(d)(1) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law).1 The Board disallowed benefits under Section 401(d)(1) because Claimant, an alien worker, was not "available for work" during the time period for which he requested benefits...
