Deborah Alice Neal, former Municipal Judge in Kansas City, Missouri, filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2005. As part of her bankruptcy filings, she provided a complete list of her creditors, including attorney creditors ("Unnamed Creditors"), which was filed under seal.
