W.N. appeals the final order terminating his parental rights to his child, W.N., Jr. We affirm.

W.N. contends that the order terminating his parental rights should be reversed because there was no evidence of harm to the child, no finding of substantial noncompliance under the twelve-month rule, and because the least restrictive means test was not satisfied.
