Clifford Earl Brothers was convicted, following a jury trial, of being a convicted felon and armed career criminal in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(e)(1), and was sentenced to 240 months' imprisonment followed by five years' supervised release.
