Cottage City Mennonite Church, Inc., appellant, appeals from a Final Order Establishing Mechanic's Lien Pursuant to Arbitration Award granted against it and in favor of JAS Trucking, Inc., appellee, by the Circuit Court for Prince George's County on March 28, 2005 (Martin, J.).
