Maness ("Mr. Maness") and Olga Maness ("Mrs. Maness")(collectively referred to as the "Manesses"), as to Counts I, III, V, VI, and VII of their amended complaint, and (2) a final order granting summary judgment in favor of Mrs. Maness as to her counterclaim, based upon disputed issues of fact...
