The plaintiffs, Charles Taylor and Connie Taylor ("Taylors"), appeal (1) a final order granting partial summary judgment in favor of the defendants, James G. Maness ("Mr. Maness") and Olga Maness ("Mrs. Maness")(collectively referred to as the "Manesses"), as to Counts I, III, V, VI, and VII of their amended complaint, and (2) a final order granting summary judgment in favor of Mrs. Maness as to her counterclaim, based upon disputed issues of fact...
