MOORE, Judge.
INTRODUCTION
The Commissioner of Labor appealed from the decision of the district court for Sarpy County which ruled that the claimant was eligible to receive unemployment benefits because she was no longer a student. Although our reasoning differs from the district court's, we affirm.
