PALMER, J.

Phillip Guest appeals the trial court's final order entering summary judgment in favor of Lynn Claycomb and Larry Claycomb on six counts of Guest's complaint based upon the statute of frauds. Finding that the statute of frauds does not apply to Guest's claims for constructive trust and equitable lien, we reverse as to those counts. We affirm as to all other counts.
