PER CURIAM.

The plaintiff, Suzanne Mersereau Searles, appeals from the judgment of the trial court, dismissing her administrative appeal from the decisions of the defendant, the department of social services, for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. The only issue on appeal is whether the court lacked subject matter jurisdiction to hear the plaintiff's appeal. We conclude that the court lacked subject matter jurisdiction and affirm the judgment of the trial court...
