¶ 1 Julius Clinton Gray appeals from the judgment of sentence imposed upon his convictions for possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gray challenges the lower court's order denying his suppression motion.
