Alex Griffin appeals his conviction for obstruction of a prison guard with violence and the denial of his motion for a new trial. Griffin contends the trial court erred by (1) admitting similar transaction evidence, and (2) denying his motion for new trial asserting that his defense counsel was ineffective because defense counsel failed to object to a psychologist's testimony. He also contends the evidence is insufficient to sustain his conviction....
