A jury found Isaac Lattimore guilty of armed robbery, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. At the second phase of the bifurcated proceeding, the court found him guilty of possession of a firearm by a first offender probationer. He appeals, arguing that the evidence was insufficient to support the jury verdicts, that the court erred in charging the jury, and that he received ineffective assistance of counsel...
