After being implanted with a Dura-II penile prosthesis, the plaintiff, Charles Lennon (Lennon or plaintiff), complained about problems keeping the prosthesis in a concealed position.1 The plaintiff sued the defendant-manufacturer, Dacomed Corporation (defendant or Dacomed) and its insurer, National Union Fire Insurance (National Union),2 alleging strict liability...
