Defendant, Robert T. Spruill, Sr. ("Spruill"), appeals the trial court's application of the doctrine of after-acquired title in finding Plaintiff, Deborah Dion Baudin ("Baudin"), to be the owner of timber rights in and to a certain parcel of property. For the following reasons, we reverse and render.
