On July 13, 2005, this court granted certiorari, ordered the record, and stayed proceedings in the district court pending our consideration of the merits of the instant writ application, filed by First Zion Baptist Church [hereinafter "First Zion"]. Having reviewed the entire record as well as the plaintiffs' opposition to the application, we grant the application and vacate the July 11, 2005 judgment of the district court.
