PER CURIAM:

The Board on Professional Responsibility adopted the Hearing Committee's recommendation that Timothy Brown, a member of our Bar, be disbarred but that, because his alcohol addiction was the substantial cause of the misconduct and because he is now substantially rehabilitated, his disbarment should be stayed. The Board also recommended that respondent be placed on probation for three years, conditioned on his full satisfaction of the restitution and sobriety...
