¶ 1 Rochelle Jenkins appeals from the judgment entered on July 19, 2005 in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County.1 Jenkins claims that the trial court erred in failing to instruct the jury regarding negligence per se when evidence was introduced that defendant Robert Wolf failed to yield to a pedestrian, in violation of 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3112.
