Thomas Wetherald ("Wetherald") and Ronald and Eileen Jackson ("the Jacksons") are owners of adjoining lots on Grandview Lake. After a property dispute arose between the parties, Wetherald filed a complaint to quiet title in Bartholomew Circuit Court.
